It's all thanks to technology and our collaboration. You provide measurements and photos using a simple guide I send you, and I recreate an exact, millimetre-perfect 2D layout and a 3D replica of your room to test layouts and lighting virtually.

Once you're booked in, you receive a simple visual guide to help you take quick measurements and photos of your room. Nothing complicated — it doesn't have to be perfect for it to work.

Your happiness is my priority, which is why my process includes built-in safety nets at every stage. For Concept Design and Full Design, you get two rounds of revision on the mood board and one round on the 2D layout plan, so nothing moves forward until you're happy with the direction.

Not at all — my service is specifically designed for busy people. It operates completely remotely and on your schedule: no live calls, no Zoom meetings, no appointments to lock into your diary.

How can you understand my needs and style if we communicate solely by email?

Solely visual and written communication is actually my superpower for understanding you. Images don't lie the way words can be misunderstood, you have time to reflect before answering, and I give deep, undivided attention to tracking every detail throughout the project.

How will you create a concept I like if I don't know my own style?

You do not need to know your style or have any design vocabulary to work with me. The process includes a visual questionnaire with curated images, a process of elimination to identify what you dislike, and a mood board safety net before final design work begins.

How long will it take to receive my final design package?

Accepted Answer

Depending on the size of the project, it can take as little as four weeks from the start of our collaboration to receiving your final design package. Timeline also depends on how quickly you complete the questionnaire and approve the mood board. I only take on a limited number of projects each month.

Question 10

What if an item on the shopping list goes out of stock before I buy it?

Accepted Answer

If a key item goes out of stock within 30 days of receiving your package, I will find you a similar alternative from another retailer free of charge.

Do you pass on trade discounts to your clients?

My flat-fee service model means I don't manage trade accounts. Instead, I focus on finding you the absolute best value, high-street items that fit your budget perfectly, using public sales and retailer codes.

Can you help me design a structural renovation, like knocking down a wall?

Accepted Answer

My studio focuses strictly on decorative and spatial e-design — furniture layout, lighting, colour and styling. I don't provide structural engineering, architectural plans or building regulations advice, so I'd recommend consulting an architect for that before proceeding.
